  1. The Tooth Fairy says the going rate is one whole dollar! I think teeth are precious, even if they are just little bitty baby teeth.

  2. Wouldn't you like to know? Actually, I keep them in a pink cloud on the other side or the rainbow. (If you've got a better place to keep them please write to me!)
